You can track the movement of all UGo shuttles by visiting the PassioGO! website. PassioGO! can also be viewed as a smartphone app and is displayed on monitors in the lobbies of several buildings on campus.
The UGo shuttles are continually monitored and evaluated to provide the best, most useful service. You can offer feedback on your UGo Shuttle experience by filling out the UGo Feedback Form.
Riders may also offer feedback on the UGo NightRide Shuttle program to nightride@lists.uchicago.edu.
If you believe you left an item on a UGo shuttle, email bus@uchicago.edu and provide a detailed description of the item. The bus@uchicago.edu email is monitored during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. If your item has been turned in to us, we will make every effort to reconnect you with it. Please allow 24 hours (or the next business day) for us to process lost and found items.
Unclaimed items will be kept until the end of each month. Any items not claimed by the end of the month will be taken to a donation center or discarded.
All UGo Shuttle riders are asked to tap their valid University-issued ID or University of Chicago Medicine ID on a card reader each time they board a shuttle. To learn more about what sort of information these card readers collect, see the Shuttle ID Guidelines for Passengers. These guidelines also answer questions about who can use UGo shuttles and how to ride with visitors.
Any students, faculty, or staff members can use the Safety Escort Program, a service offered by the University of Chicago Police Department. If you are concerned about your safety as you walk within the UCPD's patrol area, call 773.702.8181 and request a safety escort. The first available patrol or security officer will be sent to escort you to your destination.
