Additional stops are being added to the South Loop shuttle route at the intersection of 57th Street and Stony Island Avenue for both northbound and southbound trips. Another stop is being added at International House for southbound travel only. These changes are effective Friday, February 23, 2018.
Beginning Wednesday, February 21, 2018, an adjustment is being made to the South Route Shuttle schedule. The South Route shuttle will operate every 25 minutes, Monday through Sunday, from 5 p.m. to the end of service.
As part of the new Safe Zone service, the University of Chicago Police Department (UCPD) allows the use of its lobby as a location for individuals to pay for goods found online or through social media channels.
To comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, or Clery Act, the University of Chicago provides resources to inform students, faculty, and staff about safety and security matters that impact our community. The University publishes an Annual Security & Fire Safety Report, which is one of the requirements of the Clery Act. Members of the University community are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the information included in this report.
