Parking Restrictions March 13 – March 17

Mesquite Productions Inc. will be prepping and shooting on campus for an Apple TV+ series.

The shooting may have an intermittent impact on traffic, especially on University Ave. near 58th St. for brief periods of filming on Wednesday, March 15. The production has made dedicated arrangements for parking and trailer space and has also obtained permission from the city to cone off parking in some locations for parts of the week.

For prep activities from 5 a.m. Monday, March 13 through 8 p.m. Friday, March 17, there will be NO PARKING/TOW ZONE areas for the following places:

  • Both Sides of E. 57th St. from Ellis to 1086 E. 57th
  • East Side of Ellis from E. 57th St. to 5640 S. Ellis Ave.
  • South Side of E. 56th from Ellis to 1101 E. 56th St.
  • East Side of University Ave. from 5734 to 5811 S. University Ave.
     

For filming activities, from 4 a.m. Wednesday, March 15 through 3 p.m. Friday, March 17, there will be NO PARKING/TOW ZONE following places:

  • Both Sides of E. 57th St. from Ellis to University Ave.
  • East Side of Ellis from E. 57th St. to E. 56th St.
  • Both Sides of University Ave. from 5734 to 5811 S. University Ave.

This schedule may be subject to change depending on many factors, including weather.
