University of Chicago Police Department Quality of Service Survey

The University of Chicago Police Department (UCPD), as part of its Advanced Law Enforcement Accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA), conducts a bi-annual survey of attitudes and opinions about UCPD and its personnel. Accreditation is one aspect of UCPD’s continuous efforts for improvement and to deliver the highest level of service to the University community and the public. Survey results are compiled and sent to the Chief of Police for review.
