Holiday Shuttle and Bus Schedules Announced

DECEMBER 23, 2019

Due to the upcoming holidays, the following temporary UGo shuttle and CTA bus schedule changes will be in effect:

UGo shuttles

  • 53rd Street Express - will not operate on Wednesday, December 25, and Wednesday, January 1

  • Apostolic and Drexel - will not operate on Wednesday, December 25, and Wednesday, January 1

  • Friend Center/Metra - will not operate on Wednesday, December 25,and Wednesday, January 1

  • Midway Metra - will not operate on Wednesday, December 25, and Wednesday, January 1

  • NightRide - normal service

  • South Loop Shuttle - will not operate on Friday, December 27, and Saturday, December 28

  • Regents Express - will not operate during the Winter break

CTA buses

  • 171 & 172 - will both operate on a Sunday schedule on Wednesday December 25, and Wednesday, January 1

  • 192 - will not operate on Wednesday, December 25, or Wednesday, January 1
