Diane Ziarno is the Executive Director of Management Operations within the Department of Safety and Security. Reporting to the Associate Vice President and Chief of Police, Diane provides departmental oversight for project management, the budget, human resources and administrative functions supporting all Departmental units within Safety and Security. Diane is a Chicago native and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Theresa Fletcher-Brown is Director of Transportation and Parking Services with the Department of Safety and Security Services. Reporting to the Associate Vice President and Chief of Police, Theresa administers campus-wide parking and the University’s comprehensive transportation programs. Theresa is a Chicago native and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from DePaul University.
