Lost and Found

UGo Shuttles

If you believe you left an item on a UGo shuttle, email bus@uchicago.edu and provide a detailed description of the item. The bus@uchicago.edu email is monitored during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. If your item has been turned in to us, we will make every effort to reconnect you with it. Please allow 24 hours (or the next business day) for us to process lost and found items.

Unclaimed items will be kept until the end of each month. Any items not claimed by the end of the month will be taken to a donation center or discarded.

To track the University’s UGo shuttles or CTA buses that travel on or near campus, go to uchicago.transloc.com. TransLoc can also be viewed as a smartphone app or on monitors in several buildings on campus.
