How to File a Police Report
If the incident occurred on-campus or campus-owned property or you are unsure of the location of occurrence:
Contact the University of Chicago Police Department by calling 773.702.8181. An officer will be dispatched to your location. You may also come to our office at 6054 South Drexel Avenue, Chicago IL. The main entrance is on the 61st Street side of the building.
If the incident occurred off-campus or on non-campus property:
Call the Chicago Police Department at 311 for non-emergencies or 911 if it is an emergency.
